Match and categorise transactions

Tell Tallium what each bank line is.

Categorising a transaction tells Tallium which account it belongs to (sales, rent, fees, and so on) so your reports are accurate.

What you'll do

Sort your bank lines.

  1. 1Open Banking to match and categorise each transaction.
    On a computer
    Banking. — desktop view
    On your phone
    Banking. — phone view
    Banking.

Tip

Set a rule (for example 'anything from Etisalat → Utilities') and Tallium categorises it automatically next time.
