Is Tallium FTA-ready? Can I file VAT 201 and Corporate Tax?

It also computes your taxable income and prepares a Corporate Tax filing pack. You review and submit — Tallium does the preparation. Do I really not need an accountant?

For day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing and VAT returns, no — Tallium automates all of it. You may still want an accountant to review your annual statements or for complex advisory, but the routine monthly hours and costs are gone. Tallium's AI categorises transactions and keeps your books clean automatically.

Does it work if I'm not VAT-registered yet?

Absolutely. You can run Tallium with VAT switched off and still get full accounting, invoicing, POS and reports. The moment you cross the registration threshold (or choose to register), you turn VAT on and Tallium starts tagging and building your returns — no migration needed.

Can I use it for multiple shops and my online store?

Yes — that's a core strength. Every physical shop and every online store is treated as a 'location'. You get per-location books and stock plus a master 360° dashboard that compares them side by side. Add locations as you grow without changing systems.

How many users and locations can I have?

Accepted Answer

Each business unit you add is a location — a shop, online store, warehouse or factory — and you can add as many as you need, mix-and-matched. Your team get their own logins with role-based access per location, so everyone sees just what they should. Add or remove units anytime as you grow.

Does the POS work offline?

Yes. The POS keeps selling even if your internet drops, and every sale syncs automatically the moment you're back online — posting to your accounts, stock and VAT. You can run more than one register in a shop.

Can I connect my marketplaces and couriers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each online-store unit includes order management that connects Noon, Amazon, Shopify and your own store into one fulfilment queue, syncs stock both ways, and integrates with couriers so labels print automatically. Returns and RTO are handled cleanly.

Can I import my data from Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally or Excel?

Yes. Tallium imports from Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, Tally and plain CSV/Excel — chart of accounts, contacts, products and opening balances. The in-app wizard handles smaller migrations in under 30 minutes; Business and Enterprise include guided migration help.

Is my data secure, and where is it hosted?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Business-plan data is hosted on UAE-region infrastructure, and Enterprise adds dedicated UAE-region hosting with data-residency guarantees. Granular role-based permissions control who sees what. What does onboarding involve?

Sign up, then answer a couple of questions — your industry and how many shops or online stores you run. Tallium tailors itself to show only the modules you need, in a simple mode for non-accountants. Most businesses are productive on day one; Business and Enterprise include guided onboarding.

How does billing work, and can I cancel anytime?

You subscribe when you sign up and are billed monthly in USD — there are no contracts, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your data is preserved for 30 days (and you can export it whenever you like) before deletion.

How much does Tallium cost? Are there hidden fees?

All pricing is in USD and billed monthly. You pay per business unit: a physical shop is $79, an online store $159, a warehouse $99 and a factory $269 — each, per month. Mix and match as many of each as you need. Every unit includes the full platform, and there are no hidden fees.
